I have an order enquiry/Where is my order? Can I cancel my order?
For all other order enquiries, please carefully submit the form below and give as much information so our customer care team can help you as soon as possible!
Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
How can I get an invoice?
Please check your emails after you place your order. You should have an option to download your invoice as a PDF. Please contact us if you do not see this option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also offer ‘buy now pay later’ payment gateways through Afterpay and Zip. For our international customers, these 'buy now pay later' services are unavailable at the current moment
Where do I enter the discount code?
You may enter a valid discount code during the checkout process. Please make sure you have entered your details and are in the checkout stage where you need to enter payment details. On the side you should see a box where you can enter in discount codes. Please note only one discount code can be applied.
