I have an order enquiry/Where is my order? Can I cancel my order?
You can track your order by clicking our live chat icon on the website in the bottom left corner, then under 'Order Status' click on Find an order. When entering the order number please include the "AU" at the end of your order number and use the email you have purchased with.
Once your order is placed, we aim to pack and send your order within the next business day, however please allow for up to 48 hours during peak periods.
Orders will be sent in full, meaning if there is an item in the order that is on pre-order, the order will only be sent when all items are available.
When your order has been fulfilled and dispatched we do also send out an automatic email with the tracking link.
For all other order enquiries, please carefully submit the form below and give as much information so our customer care team can help you as soon as possible!
Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
How can I get an invoice?
Please check your emails after you place your order. You should have an option to download your invoice as a PDF. Please contact us if you do not see this option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also offer ‘buy now pay later’ payment gateways through Afterpay and Zip. For our international customers, these 'buy now pay later' services are unavailable at the current moment
Where do I enter the discount code?
You may enter a valid discount code during the checkout process. Please make sure you have entered your details and are in the checkout stage where you need to enter payment details. On the side you should see a box where you can enter in discount codes. Please note only one discount code can be applied.
