There can be many reasons why the SnapMount is not charging. Firstly make sure you have a compatible phone, you can check the compatibility section here or under the compatibility section on the product page.
Secondly, make sure you have it all plugged in correctly as per the instructions, make sure that you can see a blue light. If you do not see a blue light on the SnapMount then the SnapMount may be faulty.
If the ‘snap’ logo is illuminated blue, you are ready to charge. The only other reason from here that your phone is not charging is incorrect positioning of the magnetic ring. If the magnetic ring is not placed in the correct position then this will stop the phone from charging onto the car mount even though the setup is correct.
