How long will shipping take? 

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and will have the option of either Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), or Express Shipping (1-2 business days).

We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day providing they are placed before 2 pm AEST. In peak periods orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

International orders will also be shipped through DHL e-Commerce post. Expect most orders to be delivered within 4-14 business days. International shipping will all come with tracking. 

How can I track my order?

If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking we will attach the tracking number to your order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you use facebook messenger, please check the messages we send you as we will provide you tracking updates along the way!

Things to note

A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. The package will then be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.

If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or canceled.

Can I use it with my own phone case?

So the short answer is Yes! We have designed the SnapMount to be as simplistic as possible and to be compatible with as many types of phones and cases as possible.

However, we do not suggest use with really thick cases or heavy cases. Cases such as wallet style flip cases that hold many cards are not suitable and will not work for the SnapMount. If it is too thick you will find it will block the wireless charging connection between the phone and the charger. Depending on the thickness of the case you will need to place the ring either on the inside or the outside of the case. The other alternative is to use our custom SnapCase which has the ring built in and offers excellent protection for your phone! The SnapCase is our solution to make sure that your phone case and the phone will be compatible with the SnapMount 100%.

Can the SnapMount charge through a phone case?

Yes, almost any case is fine. The charging distance is 8mm, so if you are using your own case make sure it is not extremely thick, or for example have a credit card or metal plate directly on the back as this will affect the wireless charging. If you are not sure, please check out our custom designed phone cases as they are made to work with our SnapMount.

Why is my phone not charging?

There can be many reasons why the SnapMount is not charging. Firstly make sure you have a compatible phone, you can check the compatibility section here or under the compatibility section on the product page.

Secondly, make sure you have it all plugged in correctly as per the instructions, make sure that you can see a blue light. If you do not see a blue light on the SnapMount then the SnapMount may be faulty.

If the ‘snap’ logo is illuminated blue, you are ready to charge. The only other reason from here that your phone is not charging is incorrect positioning of the magnetic ring. If the magnetic ring is not placed in the correct position then this will stop the phone from charging onto the car mount even though the setup is correct. Why is my phone falling off? The magnetic hold is weak?

The main reason why your phone is falling off or not staying on/connected to the SnapMount is that you do not have the magnetic ring applied. Please make sure you are using the magnetic ring that is included in the box. The magnetic ring needs to be stuck onto either your phone or phone case. The closer the ring is to the SnapMount the stronger the hold is. For example, if you are using a really thin case you may choose to stick the ring on the inside of the phone case. If you are using a thick case and not our SnapCase, then we would suggest you stick the ring on the outside of the phone case.

Will the magnets damage my phone?

Our product is designed with safety in front of mind. We all use our phones daily, they are our babies and most are quite expensive! The last thing we wanted to do was damage these products. Our rare-earth magnets have a rating of N50, the perfect strength to not interfere with wireless charging and still give a strong, secure hold. You should not be worried as the magnets in the SnapMount will not have any negative or damaging effects on your smartphone. Only industrial strength magnets can damage smartphones that we use today.

I don’t want to put the mount onto my air vents, is there another option?

No problems! Our SnapMount includes an extra adhesive dash piece attachment inside the box. You can attach this to any flat surface in your car, such as your dash. This also allows the mount to be attached to a desk, for example at an office desk even.
