Sale FAQs
When does the 40% sale start and end?
40% off sale starts at 10am on Friday 6 November and ends at midnight that night, Adelaide time (ACDT).
What’s included in the 40% off sale?
Every item in our store will be eligible. The offer is 40% off original prices storewide. If an item is already more than 40% off, you’ll keep the better price.
Can I prepare my cart before the sale?
Yes. Select ‘Enter Website’ to browse and add items to your cart now. You can check out when the sale opens. Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it.
How does the first-30-orders offer work?
When checkout opens, the first 30 eligible orders receive a refund and a free PowerPack Max. It’s the order you place that counts, not when you sign up for a reminder or start your cart.
What is the PowerPack Max?
The PowerPack Max is our new 20,000mAh portable charger. It packs our largest battery capacity into our smallest power bank yet. Two built-in cables (USB-C and Lightning) let you charge your phone or tablet without packing an extra cable. With up to 65W of USB-C output, it can charge compatible laptops, too.
It hasn’t launched yet, but the first 30 eligible Black Friday orders will get one free.
Do I need a code? Can I use another discount?
No code needed. Sale prices apply automatically, and you can’t use another discount code on top.
What if an item sells out?
If your chosen item or colour sells out, check the other colours for availability. Stock can change before you check out, even if the item is already in your cart.
Can I shop the sale in-store?
Yes, you can shop the 40% off sale in-store. Check your local SnapWireless store’s opening hours before heading in.
