All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and will have the option of either Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), or Express Shipping (1-2 business days).
We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day providing they are placed before 2 pm AEST. In peak periods orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.
International orders will also be shipped through DHL Express post which is the fastest International post delivery. Expect most orders to be delivered within 3.5 business days. International shipping will all come with tracking.
If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking we will attach the tracking number to your order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you use facebook messenger, please check the messages we send you as we will provide you tracking updates along the way!
A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. The package will then be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.

They are essentially the exact same functionality wise. They are both wireless charging pads, designed to be used at home or office. Both of the charging pads have 10W fast charging speeds and both are built with USB type-C input. The only difference is the look and feel. The SnapBase is a soft touch material the ChargeMat is a fabric finish.
This question is hard to answer because it depends on a lot of factors such as what phone model is being charged, if a quick charge adapter is being used, how old or new the phone itself is, whether the phone is in use at all during charging and even the position of the phone on the charger. Wireless charging is quite different from wired charging.
As a general rule of thumb, wireless charging is slower than wired charging although it offers greater convenience and aesthetics. As a standard, an iPhone X can take 3 hours to obtain full charging using a wireless charging pad. A Samsung S8 will gain a full charge a bit quicker at 1 hour and 40 minutes to fully charge.
If your phone is a compatible Qi wireless phone, the case is not necessary. Below is the compatibility list at the time of writing.

The short answer is yes! Almost any phone case is ok with the charging pads. The only thing you need to make sure is that the case is not too thick. The weight does not matter, but if it is too thick or there is something blocking the back of the phone such as a credit card or metal plate, it will not charge on the wireless charger.
