1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is SNAP Wireless, operated by SNAPWIRELESS PTY LTD, ABN 37 620 327 086, located at Unit 9 108-118 Marion Road, Brooklyn Park, SA 5032 Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of SNAP Wireless, their immediate families and any agencies directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

• The competition closes at 11:59 pm ACDT on 1 November 2026.
• Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, eligible participants must visit the official SNAP Wireless giveaway page and submit a valid email address through the entry form.
• Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
• Participants who also provide a valid Australian mobile phone number will receive one (1) additional entry.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive an assortment of prizes with a combined recommended retail value (RRP) of AUD $5,000.
• The total prize pool is valued at AUD $5,000.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• In the event that a particular prize becomes unavailable, SNAP Wireless may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw conducted on 2 November 2026 ACDT.
• The draw will take place at Unit 9 108-118 Marion Road, Brooklyn Park, SA 5032.
• Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry on 2 November 2026.
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and Australian residency before the prize is awarded.

8. Prize Claiming and Delivery

• The winner must respond to SNAP Wireless within seven (7) days of being notified.
• The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner at no additional cost.
• If the prize remains unclaimed, SNAP Wireless will conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with applicable state and territory laws.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent

• By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information will be collected and used by SNAP Wireless for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying entries and contacting the winner.
• By submitting an entry, participants also consent to receiving promotional and marketing communications from SNAP Wireless, including product updates, special offers, promotions and other marketing materials via email.
• Participants who provide their mobile phone number also consent to receiving marketing communications via SMS.
• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, following the opt-out instructions in SMS messages or contacting SNAP Wireless directly.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with SNAP Wireless's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

10. General Conditions

• SNAP Wireless reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who breach these Terms & Conditions or attempt to manipulate the promotion.
• SNAP Wireless may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with regulatory approval.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the provisions relating to marketing communications.
