Compatibility PowerPack 3: Compatible with any MagSafe or Qi enabled devices. If your smartphone is Qi enabled, but not MagSafe compatible you will need a SnapMag case. The PowerPack 3 can also charge any devices that use lightning or USB-C as a charging method, with it’s interchangeable cables.

Charging Pad: The charging pad located on the back of the dock can charge any Android or Apple earbuds that support Qi wireless charging.

How do I recharge the PowerDock 2?Just place the power bank back onto the stand — it recharges automatically through the pogo connection, even while your phone keeps charging on top. You can also recharge it directly with the included USB-C cable.

How many devices can I charge at the same time?Up to 3. The PowerDock 2 charges your phone wirelessly on the dock, your earbuds in their dedicated spot, and a smart watch (or watch adapter) via the USB‑C output — all at once.

Can I customise the cables?Yes. The mini cables on the power bank are fully detachable, so you can swap between Lightning and USB-C, run dual USB-C, or plug in your own longer cable. Extra mini cables are available separately if you want to reconfigure your setup.

What devices is it compatible with?Any Qi-enabled device for wireless charging — MagSafe iPhones snap on perfectly, and other phones work great with a SnapMag case or SnapMag Ring. For direct charging, anything that takes USB-C or Lightning will run off the swappable mini cables.

Can I take it on a plane?Yes. At 10,000mAh / 38.5Wh, the PowerDock 2 sits well under the 100Wh airline carry-on limit, so it travels with you anywhere.
