Compatibility PowerPack 3: Compatible with any MagSafe or Qi enabled devices. If your smartphone is Qi enabled, but not MagSafe compatible you will need a SnapMag case. The PowerPack 3 can also charge any devices that use lightning or USB-C as a charging method, with it's interchangeable cables.
Charging Pad: The charging pad located on the back of the dock can charge any Android or Apple earbuds that support Qi wireless charging.
USB-C Output: The USB-C output is compatible with all USB-C devices.

How do I recharge the PowerPack 3?
Simply attach the PowerPack 3 to the PowerDock 2 and it will recharge automatically, while still charging your smartphone at the same time.
How many devices can I charge at once?
The PowerDock 2 can charge up to 3 devices at the same time. It has dedicated spots for your smartphone and earbuds, plus an additional USB-C output for any other device you need to charge.
How many devices can I charge at the same time?
The PowerDock 2 is capable of charging up to 4 devices at the same time.
Can I customise the charging cable setup in the PowerPack 3?
Yes, the PowerPack 3 comes with one USB-C and one Lightning interchangeable cable straight out of the box. If you'd like to customise your setup further, additional cables are available to purchase separately.

Troubleshooting
Why isn't my phone charging when it's sitting on the dock?
There is a slight delay in the unit when the PowerPack 3 is mounted on the PowerDock 2. It can take around 10-15 seconds for the POGO pins to charge your device from the battery pack.
If this doesnt work, the phone may not be correctly aligned with the wireless charging coil.
Please try:

Removing any thick phone cases or pop sockets

Repositioning the phone on the charging area

Ensuring the dock is connected to a suitable power adapter

Checking that the phone supports wireless charging
If using an iPhone with MagSafe, you should feel the magnets align the device into position.
Why is my phone charging slowly?
Charging speed can vary depending on:

The power adapter being used

Battery percentage of the phone

Phone temperature

Whether multiple devices are charging simultaneously
For best performance, use the supplied or recommended USB-C power adapter and cable.
Like all smartphones, charging speeds may reduce automatically after approximately 80% to help preserve battery health.
Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

Charging multiple devices at once may slightly reduce the charging speed available to each device.
Can I use the PowerPack 3 while it's attached to the dock?
Yes.
The PowerPack 3 can be removed and used as a portable power bank whenever required.
When returned to the dock, it should automatically begin recharging.
Why is the PowerPack getting warm?
A small amount of warmth is normal during charging, especially when:

Wireless charging is being used

Multiple devices are charging simultaneously

Fast charging is active
If the device becomes excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool before use.
Can I replace the cable on the PowerPack 3?
Yes.
The interchangeable cable system allows worn or damaged cables to be replaced without replacing the entire power bank.
Ensure only compatible SnapWireless interchangeable cables are used.
