Happy with this item and its capabilities. Only thing that I would suggest is a USB A charging option, as I have a couple of older devices that are not USB C. I didn't notice this until I went to plug in my watch (not Apple) and was unable to charge it. I have purchased a USB A to USB C adaptor for future use.

This is the second of these Power Packs I have bought and they are fabulous for travel. Makes it much easier to charge devices and the ability to snap the bottom off for charging on the go is fabulous. The charge time is super quick and having the additional international adaptors cuts back on bulk and cost when travelling overseas. More impressive though is the service I recently received from Charles in Customer Support. I had experienced an issue with another device and he was extremely responsive and helpful in his communication. It took a few weeks for everything to resolve but Charles was always understanding and empathetic and continued to investigate solutions for my problem. Happy to say that I am a very happy customer!
