I purchased the SM PowerPack Universal in July 2023, and used it to travel to Germany and several domestic trips. It lived up to its hype and I loved it. In later 2024, the plug in portion of the PowerPack broke and would not stay attached to the PowerPack body. I reached out to Snap Wireless to see if could be repaired Feb 2025. I also could not find my order number, but the order showed on the cash app that I used to pay the order. I did not respond to SnapWireless until Dec 2025 and I sent a picture of the PowerPack again asking if there was any way to repair it. Gail in their Customer Service worked with me throughout the entire process and ultimately replaced the PowerPack.

Talk about great customer service. I really didn't expect this and this guarantees that I will be a return customer and I highly recommend their product. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank you Gail and SnapWireless!

Excellent for travel and every day charger

Just bought this prior to my tramp. Super handy to keep all my toys charges., kindle, phone, headphones. Small enough that it fits into my handbag too and no longer have to save my phone for calls only while out. Need to get my daughter one as she is always saying her phone is low so we might get cut off, or is that just an excuse.?.??
